The year2026promises to be an extremely important one for our kennel. We haveambitious plans, with carefully thought-out breeding programs focused exclusively ongenetic quality, typical characteristics, and the future.
- The first mating targetedis a landmark one:
betweenMajime Go– a female withoutlong coatgenes – and the famous Oozora, one of the most famous Akita Inu males in the world, father of two Meiyōshō. The male is in Italy, and this mating would represent a huge step forward for our kennel. - The second planned matingis between Awa Kotei—a male imported from Japan—andOkinaea Go, a female with excellent prospects, but whois very difficult to mate, making this a delicate and difficult mating to achieve. - The third mating, if it materializes, is being considered between the superb AmayaandAwa KoteiorYoshiro, depending on the context and compatibility. Pedigree link.
- The fourth mating in the planis between KamakuraandEinosuke, a combination that appeals to us due to its balance betweenstructure, expression, and line. Pedigree:https://www.akitapedigree.com//testmating.php?dam=111246&sire=114584
*For us, the number of puppies is not important.
This would be the easiest thing to achieve, given thatthe kennel has five females and three males. What really matters isthe effort to find the best solutions, even if that means spending days in other countries, hundreds of kilometers away from home, so that the puppies acquire not onlybeauty, but alsoall the other essential characteristics of the breed: structure, temperament, balance, and health.
This is also whyour mounts are rare, carefully selected, and made withthe utmost responsibility.
*We want to offer some of the best Akita puppies in Romania.
Obviously, there are other kennels that pursue the same goal, and this can only be awin for this extraordinary Japanese breed.
* We are aware thatfully implementing this plan is difficult, but our realistic goal for2026is to achieveat least two litters, done correctly, responsibly, and with total respect for the dogs.
We can only hope thatwe will achieve our goalsand that our work will bear the desired fruit.
We remain faithful to our principle:
less, but valuable.
Quality will always be more important than quantity.
